Cancellation Policy

 11.1 Client acknowledges and agrees that the scheduling of pet sitting services requires the  reservation of specific dates and times, as well as the allocation of resources by Robert  Wilson ("Pet Sitter") to provide the agreed-upon services. Accordingly, the following cancellation policy shall apply in the event Client cancels any scheduled pet-sitting services:  

     (a) If Client cancels the scheduled pet sitting services more than 7 days prior to the start of the services, Client will not be charged any cancellation fee, and any pre-paid amounts for the canceled services will be fully refunded.  

     (b) If Client cancels the scheduled pet sitting services within 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to the start of the services, Client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the canceled services, and any pre-paid amounts for the canceled services, less the applicable cancellation fee, will be refunded.  

     (c) If Client cancels the scheduled pet sitting services less than 48 hours prior to the start of the services, Client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the canceled services. Any pre-paid amounts for the canceled services, less the  applicable cancellation fee, will be refunded.
